In light of the Easter break, we have prepared an Easter egg hunt. Within this newsletter, hunt down the larger, more exciting Easter eggs (our most requested new feature!) and keep your eyes peeled for the smaller, harder-to-find Easter eggs that you may have missed.
Payment plans
One of our most requested features, payment plans, are here! You can now set up event tickets that students can pay for across 2 payments (wristband payment plans will follow shortly!). The set-up process is simple and you can customise availability windows, payment weightings and more.
This additional flexibility should help to alleviate students' financial pressures, without them having to miss out on end of term experiences completely. Ultimately, this feature will support students during this difficult economic climate, just like our Cost of Living fireside chat.
Tracking links
Tracking links and associated reporting are one of the most understated yet powerful tools on the platform. For each event, by setting up unique URLs for your promotion streams and comparing them using the reports in native, you can uncover powerful data that lets you understand user behaviour, drive interest in events and ultimately sell more tickets.
We’ve recently made some key improvements to tracking links. Creating a new link has never been easier; simply find your event and choose a reference, and a link is automatically generated for you to share. We’ve also greatly enhanced reporting. You can now compare the performance of your links across key metrics such as the number of visits generated, sales and revenue for the chosen event, as well as sales for any other event a user navigates to after using the link.
Over the last few months we’ve been making some subtle changes to the flow of our most-used feature, event listing. These are part of our drive to continuously improve the native user experience every way we can.

All mandatory fields have been moved up and made clearer so that you’ll never miss them!
We’ve made the option to turn Ticket Transfers on more prominent, making it easier for you to enable.
We’ve decluttered our tabs to prevent you from having to search for options and features.
